About Our Products
Oregon Leathersmith is an individual artisan business producing handmade leather goods.
Because each item is handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance are normal and not considered defects.
Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required at the time of purchase.
Payments are securely processed through Square, Inc. We do not store full payment card information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.
Shipping Policy

Once an item has been shipped, risk of loss passes to the customer.
Warranty, Returns & Repairs
We stand behind our work.
If you are unhappy with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, you may return the item with a note indicating your preferred resolution:

Repairs
As an individual artisan (not a manufacturer), we will repair items as long as we are in business, provided the issue is due to workmanship or materials.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or alterations by third parties are not covered.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oregon Leathersmith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this Site.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
